Frequently Asked Questions on our Sports Photography Packages

To make your experience all you want it to be we have put together this FAQ section to help you answer many of those questions BEFORE they arise. We'll continue to update it and add questions/answers so we can continue to educate and give leagues and families what they need for a positive experience.

Q - Where do I get my order envelop or forms?
A - Your coach will receive a packet of order envelopes from us. The coach should distribute those forms prior to the picture day. If you can't find the envelop we will have extras when we are taking the photographs.

Q - How long will my picture order take?
A - Our goal is to have all the orders in the coaches hands within three weeks of the picture day.

Q - What if I want to add on to my order?
A - You will be able to go to the website and order from that location. Website orders are not discounted

Q - I forgot to fill out my Trader Card statistics - what can I do?
A - You can fill out the online "Trader Card Stats" form - we need to receive the form within 24 hours of your picture day. If not, your Trader Cards will be printed independently and shipped to you.

Q - Can I add on to my order?
A - Yes, you can go online and order additional images.

Q - I forgot to fill out my order form and turn it in - what should I do?
A - You can Order online . You can always order a team picture even if we did not photograph your child individually.

Q - If I forgot payment can I send it later?
A - Sorry, we are unable to accept late payment. However, you can go online and order later at an increased price.

Q - I have more than one child - can I put all of the money in one envelope?
A - Please keep the payment separate. It will delay everyone's order if we have to track down payments.

Q - I am divorced/separated - how can we keep our orders separate?
A - Simple - just fill out two separate order envelopes with payment in each - we will package your orders separately

Q - What forms of payment do you accept?
A - We accept check, money order, cash and credit cards. Please have the correct payment with you when submitting your order. We do not carry change.

Q - How do I calculate sales tax?
A - Sales tax is already included in your picture prices.

Q - How long after picture day can I still order?
A - You can order for 12 months after picture day.

Q - Can more than one child be in a photo?
A -Yes - just fill out a separate order form and include payment.

Q - I received my order - I think something is missing..?
A - Please contact is and we will send you a copy of your order form.

Q - I am not happy with my order. What do I do?
A - We want you to be happy. We work hard towards this goal. If you are not happy please contact us and we will work with you to fix it or refund your money. Please note that you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to contact is.

Q - What if my child closes their eyes?
A - We strive to avoid this by taking a couple of photographs. If we still miss it we will send you the photos and give you the option for a retake.
